Download the GroceryMart app or visit our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout with your delivery address.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 60 seconds of placement. After that, our partners start packing and cancellations are not possible.

Q: What is the minimum order value?

There is no strict minimum order value, but orders below โ‚น199 may incur a small delivery fee.

Q: Is 10-minute delivery really possible?

Yes! We use hyper-local micro-fulfillment centers located within 2km of your area to ensure ultra-fast delivery.

Q: How can I track my order?

You can see the live location of your delivery partner in the "My Orders" section after your order is confirmed.

Q: Do you deliver 24/7?

Currently, we operate from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM in most locations.

Payments & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas.

Q: How long does a refund take?

Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
