We are currently delivering in select areas across Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai. Check your pincode on our homepage for real-time availability.

2. Delivery Fees

• Free Delivery on all orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery fee of ₹15 to ₹25 may apply.
• No hidden convenience or packaging charges.

3. Express 10-Minute Delivery

We define '10-minute delivery' as the time taken from the moment of order confirmation to the delivery partner arriving at your doorstep. In some rare cases, this may take up to 15-20 minutes due to weather or traffic.

4. Tracking

You can track your order's real-time progress through our mobile app, from packaging to 'En-route' status with a live map.

5. Delivery Slots

Our core service is instant on-demand delivery. However, you can also schedule delivery slots for large or recurring orders in the 'Checkout' page.
