Refund & Returns Policy
At GroceryMart, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that errors may happen. Here's our policy on returns and refunds.
1. Return Policy
- Perishable items: Fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat can be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged or don't meet quality standards.
- Non-perishable items: Packaged goods can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if the seal is intact.
- No returns are accepted after the specified timelines.
2. How to Request a Return
You can request a return directly through the 'My Orders' section of our mobile app or website. Simply select the item and the reason for return.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days after the return is verified. For COD orders, the refund is credited to your GroceryMart Wallet.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have reached the 'Packed' status. Once an order is en-route, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Damaged or Expired Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or expired product, we offer an immediate replacement or full refund.
